Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Gear
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is recorded for your records to monitor the return journey to our warehouse.
Inspection and Processing
Our team will inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, and once cleared, we will issue your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
